General Conditions
Return
Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days (excluding online workshops). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product (book) is pleased with a personal note (signed by name), it cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us via our contact form.
Sell items
Only regular priced items are refundable. Sale items or discounted items cannot be changed.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via the contact form.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
I would use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
