Cancelling an order (Cooling-off period)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your online purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. This is also known as the cooling-off period.

How does it work?

You can submit your cancellation digitally right away using the button below. After you click the button and confirm the cancellation, we will immediately send you an automatic acknowledgement of receipt by email. You then have another 14 days to return the products to us.

Exception for digital products:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products (such as signed books) or digital products (such as downloads and online courses) where delivery has started immediately after payment. During checkout, you agree that you will get immediate access to the product and that you waive your right of withdrawal.
