Canceling an order that has already been paid for is possible, provided I haven’t shipped your order yet. Send me an email or message as soon as possible. I will refund the amount after cancellation.

If your order has already been sent, the return rules apply.

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days (excluding online workshops). If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the product (book) has been personalized with a personal note (signed by name), it cannot be returned.

Not completely satisfied with your order or certain products from the order? No problem. Returns are possible provided you return them within 14 days of receipt, the products are unused and in their original packaging, the products are not damaged, and it is not a personally signed book. The shipping costs for returning items are at your own expense. Online workshops cannot be returned.

If you want to return something, always contact me first via the contact form and we will work it out together.

It is of course possible to have your order delivered to a different address. Check the box when entering your details to indicate it should be delivered to another address, and you can then enter the alternative address.

As soon as your order comes in, I collect your items, pack them, and take them to the post office the same day (provided the order is placed before 3:00 PM, otherwise it goes out the next day). Usually, your order arrives the next day. Except if you place the order after 11:00 AM on Saturday through Sunday (during the weekend), then it won’t arrive until Tuesday. Your order will then be shipped on Monday before 5:00 PM. Delivery to Belgium often takes 2 to 5 business days longer. Haven’t received your order the next day? Don’t panic, PostNL might just need a little more time and it will likely be delivered the following day.

You can always sign up for the studio workshops in Bergschenhoek, provided there is space. Even if it’s a watercolor workshop, you can participate using colored pencils or pan pastel. However, I start with the explanation for the specific workshop, in this case, watercolor. Everyone works at their own pace and level. I’m happy to guide you and help you further. The online workshops are held in a private Facebook group. You need a Facebook account to follow the online workshops.

Yes, I’ll help you step by step; because these are recorded LIVE workshops or pre-recorded workshops, they consist of several videos that you can pause, rewind, or repeat as often as you like. All information can be found in the private Facebook groups for each workshop at the top under the ‘featured/announcements’ tab.

Absolutely, you’ll certainly recognize certain things, but I love taking you through my way of working and showing you various techniques. The personal feedback will also appeal to you. I’m happy to help take your work to the next level. Feel free to ask your questions, share your work in the workshop group or on my Facebook group ARTFriends by Julia Woning.

Yes, if you have questions in the meantime or want tips during the online workshops, you can post those questions in the workshop’s Facebook group. In the private Facebook workshop group, you can follow the workshop as often as you like. You can pause the videos and follow the steps at your own pace. It remains accessible as long as Facebook’s regulations allow.

No, you need a Facebook account and working Wi-Fi to follow the workshops.

In the Facebook group where the workshop is given, you can share your work-in-progress or the finished piece. But this is also possible in my friends group ARTFriends by Julia Woning Facebook group.

Yes, definitely, share your work on social media and indicate that it was created following the workshop by @juliawoningart or “inspired by @juliawoningart.” Word-of-mouth is the best advertising for me ;-)

It is not permitted to use your social media posts featuring drawings based on my work/workshops for commercial purposes.

No. If you recreate a drawing based on an example or from one of my (online) workshops, this is for your own personal development and you may not sell it commercially (such as in a logo, postcards, during exhibitions, etc.). You may reproduce it as a hobby. The copyright of the projects I create during online workshops remains with Julia Woning in all cases. If you start working independently with the techniques/knowledge you learn during the (online) workshops, you are of course free to do so commercially, and this proud teacher will be happy to encourage you.

No. If you create a drawing based on an example from one of my workshop books, this is for your own personal use and development. You may reproduce it as a hobby. It is not permitted to use the drawing you made based on my work for commercial purposes (such as a logo, postcards, exhibition sales, etc.). The copyright remains with Julia Woning in all cases. If you create new work using the techniques and knowledge from my books, you are free to sell it commercially, and this proud teacher will be happy to encourage you.
