Gelli Arts® Mono Printing is a creative journey of discovery for me. Of course, you can add textures to the gelplate using stencils and various materials, but for me, the true magic lies in the transfer technique and painting directly onto the gelplate. I especially enjoy working with larger gelplates, as they give me plenty of space to explore color, texture, and atmosphere. The process of experimenting and relaxing with acrylic paint, paper, and layering until a unique print emerges is incredibly magical for me.

I often start small, experimenting with an idea, and then try it on a larger scale, like a poster-sized print. Printed on the beautiful Baohong watercolor paper, these creations truly become unique works of art.

The gelplates from GelliArts I love to work with range in size from 8 x 10 inches (20.3 x 25.4 cm) to 18 x 24 inches (45.7 x 61.0 cm), with plenty of sizes in between. ;-)
